How To Handle Anxiety during Coronavirus?
Anxiety!
What do we mean by anxiety? In fact, it emerges from the uncertainty of the future. When we fail to predict, acknowledge and expect something; we suffer with anxiety. Though we are aware that we cannot control or change any happenings rather mishappenings of future. However we keep pressurizing the thought process, feelings and routine life existing in present situation.
Something that we develop ourselves are the expectation and mindset related to future, which we cannot handle when things are little contrary. Covid 19 has become one of the most unexpected situations across the globe. Not only the pandemic, but it could be any other medical emergency or natural calamities that can fall into this category. That is completely beyond control and manipulating the thought process along with the routine life of majority of the people. The concern arises when we want to know about the future, which is totally unpredictable and unexpected.
As a matter of fact, such feelings and fear take place in various stages of life. However at the moment, everyone is going through the similar issues all across. Just that few people share it with others and some hesitate to make their fear public. The situation of anxiety may be handled with a little bit of efforts and ignorance. We need not let it became a burden or a never ending wait. We must not keep waiting for the solution and stay stuck.
Instead we have to create, find and explore a lot of things. First of all, we must not limit our thought process to contemporary situation. Rather look beyond and find out the various possibilities of future. We need not ignore the Law of Attraction, where positive attracts similar vibes and negativity also follows the same behaviour. Never forget that we become what we want and crave for, not what is dependent upon surroundings.
Gradually things have to be normal but then it would be little hard for us to overcome anxiety instantly. That may cause innumerable concerns which none of us will welcome. Keeping all the aspects in mind and acting smartly would save us from unwanted stress in future.
Since we need to be wise and far sighted analyzing the situations, not emotional and uncertain.
In short, approach to utilization of the precious time productively can be adopted. Never get mistaken with productive in regard to financial gains. We can do anything and everything making us feel contended. We must not forget that even a cup of coffee has the power to change the mood and set the rhythm of our day. So come out of the blanket of anxiety and search bright face of life.
