Anxiety! What do we mean by anxiety? In fact, it emerges from the uncertainty of the future. When we fail to predict, acknowledge and expect something; we suffer with anxiety. Though we are aware that we cannot control or change any happenings rather mishappenings of future. However we keep pressurizing the thought process, feelings and routine life existing in present situation. Something that we develop ourselves are the expectation and mindset related to future, which we cannot handle when things are little contrary.
