Court Of Law Not Justice Concluded

Life is full of learning and experience. Though this is the conclusion drawn by the circumstances and law, still something was left undone. Maybe the Justice, that she was wondering for.
She stood strong and firm, for getting rid of the physical appearance and trauma received from her life partner. She has already paid the cost : in terms of lots of money, peace and happiness lost, suffering initiated by him. Even then, he was lying in her house shamelessly. On each date of hearing in the court, he used to appear and present his bona-fide.
As if, he was giving the property in the charity to her. Courts were so satisfied with the fact, that he is giving her the roof for all her life.
What an irony, she was running for her own property to get it out of the clutches from the most disrespectful man on the earth. He has never spent a money for the property, but pretending himself as DANVEER KARAN. Judges never bothered to listen to the complaint or look at the file of the petition. They were only focusing on the end of the case, anyhow. 3 cases in one court and 2 in another court are going to end, just with her acceptance of the withdrawal after the commencement of second motion statement successfully.
After playing different tricks and creating scenes, her second motion petition was filed in the court. The dates were extended repeatedly, 4 dates of hearing in 13 days. Thereafter her lawyer's eye opener and realization happened, then he stood by her. But of no benefit, since she only took a stand for getting rid of the person who spoiled her existence. On the day, when statements were supposed to be recorded in the court and he has to handover the possession of the house with the documents. It seems that it was his last day on the earth, to take away everything from her home.
He wasted whole day, for the process that could have been done in 5 minutes time. In fact, the proceedings of only 5 minutes could have saved her from going through a lot of pains. But she would have never understood the real picture of the world and people, who are leading the society on their shoulder. During her journey of struggle, she actually been through a complete life that made her understand the real picture of human world.
She has gone through the trauma and harassment built by the humans, worst than the natural disasters.
Thank God, there was a huge crew of people, who have been standing by her every moment. Just to ensure that she survives with all her respect and look forward for future of her son. Last few hours of the day, were the same hopeless and losing for her. While she was roaming in and out of the court, burning with fever and fear of another trouble uploading for her. At home, her son was going uneasy without proper food and even TV to watch. As his own father has locked up the room, for the formality to be accomplished in the court room. Even when he knew that the child is fond of cartoons.
Maybe God has written something else in her destiny, finally the statement was recorded with the joint efforts of her recently awakened lawyer- his junior- reader of the Judge and many more wishes behind the scene. She was not left with much battery life of her mobile phone, so she was running to reach her son. She has been through all the formalities and procedures in the court. However, she carried a fear of something that can ruin her remaining life.
