Court Of Law Not Justice 8

Hi Friends! Hope you are feeling the agony and pain by now. Every coin has 2 sides, however sometimes the positive one is overlooked due to the darkness of the negative effects of the grey side. Everyone wants to come out of the mess and live the beautiful life. Some people who are living a normal life, cannot even imagine the hardships of the sufferers. Same goes with the people, for whom life is only a struggle every moment. We're discussing the suffering and destiny of one of those, for whom normal life is non existence.
Neither she was the one who can forget bad, nor the positive things of her life. The same thing happened, in the concerned situation. She was getting the support and advice from few professionals, who couldn't appear in her case ever. But, kept on guiding her at the background. She is highly indebted, regarding the lawyers and other people who have been providing her the way out. Her situation didn't let her trust, on any particular community or professionals.
Somehow she is able to get the first step completed, with the contributions and favour of his counsel. Divorce has been filed and first motion signed in the court, after which summer vacation has to start around. When she asked her lawyer, when he will prepare for the next step. She got very unexpected response, as if she was asking from opposite party. She felt the sigh of relief that, at least she is able to do anything. Since summer season in the capital, falls like a curse on the people who cannot get the luxury of using air cooler or AC.
She neither can sleep in the hot bed, while temperature is crossing 45° C at night ; locking the door of the room. Since she made her kid sleep in cooler, with the person who is not going to let her live for years ahead. Nor she could sleep with the door open, as he couldn't be restrained by the court till now. Even after repeated complaints and pleas in the court rooms.  So, as soon as the school closed for the duration of 1 & half months. She packed her bags and went to her parent's house.
She passed each day thinking that, now her life would be out of the mess soon. But, destiny is not so clear about it. She returned to the hell when vacation ended, but her life is still in a kind of exile. She kept on following up with the concerned lawyer, who has to arrange for the second motion of the divorce process. Everyone is God at one point of time, but forgets that another moment also follows next. She continuously ran around to get the required steps implemented, but after 3 months opposite party refused to sign the petition for second motion.
She was standing at the same situation, which she faced an year ago. That too, without any remedy or solutions. She was running from one court room to another, till now saying that she has signed the petition and sent it to him. Now that she got the blunt response, even judges were also not willing to offer short dates for the proceedings. Ultimately, she lost her hopes and planned to catch up with the existing proceedings. Waiting for the date of hearing in the court and saying that, pursue the present petition.
When the date was approaching for arguments in the court, her lawyer received the call from opposite side. Saying that, he is ready to complete the second motion on the condition of vacating her house after 48 hours of recording of second motion. Irony of the situation is that, her own counsels pressurized her to agree. Even after knowing that, he never adhered to any of his statements yet. Simultaneously she discussed the possibility that can happen, with the lawyers who have been providing the support to help her. Thank God, she didn't accept the offer. Otherwise she would have to spend her life, for the possession of her own house.
