How To Handle Frustration?
Very common yet unavoidable issue! Most of the people are diving deep into the situation, which takes them towards the disastrous journey of frustration. I am no doctor or counselor. Neither I am going to advise you any therapy for the handling of frustration.
Only a few things based on real-life situations, that makes you feel like opting to get out of the frustrating part of your life.

First of all, you must have an idea of what is frustration?
When you want to do something, but it doesn't happen due to any of the reasons. Or when anything doesn't work as per your way, you feel that you are helpless. You start underestimating yourself or your positive thoughts. All your achievements get lost in that particular episode of, not able to make it. This stage occurs to everyone in life, no matter what and when. Some people are looking for an escape, however, others become the victim of the situation.

Frustration can decay even the strongest of personalities, however, if handled smartly - the time duration of negativity occurs and vanishes too soon. It is always easier said than done. But not completely impossible, to get through the grey period of life. You simply need to understand, how to stay healthy with your busy life. Since you need to select the light, instead of the darkness. But, the tension lies in - How?
Frustration is not any medical problem or disease. It is just a heap of troubles for a specific time period, that is difficult to handle by anyone alone. It doesn't mean, that you cannot afford to move beyond the time of pain. You only need to be stronger than usual and keep yourself busy, with different activities. Like:- talking to people, going out, doing anything that comes to mind (except negative feelings), eating and not just keeps wondering about your problems.
Things don't change this way, however, you may be able to divert yourself. This diversion is very essential for you to come out of the present state of mind. Also searching for the way out of your tension, yourself.

You may have friends or people who are available for you to support or advice. But, ultimately you are the only one who has to face the situation. So, why not get little stronger and sort it out on your own. Start writing the new chapter in the life.
Practically, you have to take conscious steps to avoid your situation of frustration. You cannot afford to be dull, lifeless, helpless and negative.

You are the only person who can light up the fire, inside your heart. Recall the positive things of your past experiences and how you managed to guide others, if ever. You have reached the considerable position of life and it's you only, who can take yourself further.
Things took time to reach for good results, so would take time to remove the bad parts of your life. When nothing else can be done to change the situation, except what you are doing simultaneously. Then, it requires you to have a positive attitude and a smile on your face. Trust me, it matters a lot! Just let yourself breathe, don't deprive your own existence to live. Just, be positive.....
