Court Of Law Not Justice 7

Let's proceed towards the journey of justice, which seems to be unattainable for a common man in the present state of society. Since the whole system is designed in such a complicated manner, that if anyone tries to raise the voice; she only has to suffer hardships without any kind of mercy from the closest relationships even.

People look at the victim in such a way, that she starts feeling inferior and as if she has committed a heinous crime. 

In the quest of justice, which was invisible for her; she forgot her own self. All the pains starting from her physical ailments and ending up with painkillers regularly. She didn't recall her choices and stuff, which she used to like. Just that, she has to be alive for fighting the battle. In the past, she was not able to walk 10 steps even. Not because she couldn't walk, but then her situations were very good and positive. However now, she was walking for long distances and travelling by bus; which she never liked to. 

Time taught her the worst stages of life and taking the best of her existence, as a cost for the same. She could feel the pain of her suffering but didn't find time to express. People make future plans, however, she kept digging her life to get the means of survival. 

Dates of hearing in the courts occurred after considerable time duration. Since things were decided in the mediation process, however, it seemed like the implementation is going to take the whole life.

Whenever she approached her concerned counsels, they always tell her to keep patience. Since everything is going well, why she wants to raise hurdles in her own way. As it is, the opposite party is the professional in the same field. He could find 10 more reasons to delay the matter. She was not able to understand, whose counsel she was talking to. Somehow, after a long wait to reach the day of hearing in the family courtroom. She got the information that there is a strike of advocates and nothing is going to happen, on the fixed date. 

She kept standing outside the courtroom, for the call of her case listed. Just to get another date for the same. She saw various counsels appearing in front of the judges, however, her counsel was so dedicated to his profession. That nothing could change his decision of not appearing, in her case. Someone outside the courtroom suggested her to offer ₹200 to the counsel for coming. Was it possible? Isn't it disgusting for the professionals, who are selling themselves so easily? 

While fighting for her survival, she was turned into a machine by the system, ruthlessly. No matter she is alive or not, she has to do her duty. During the hottest days of the summer season, she used to run her blood and sweat. At night, she used to lie down on the warm bed without anything to relieve her. In the adjoining room, in her house which was owned by her; her culprit used to enjoy his life amidst the cooling system. But she remains helpless, as everyone needs time for the proceedings.

However, there was no certainty of the time when the mess is going to be sorted out for her. While she doesn't go physically to attend the dates of hearing in the court or meeting with the counsels. She remains busy with following up with them, just to keep reminding them about the future preparations. That is in fact, the responsibility of the counsels. But everyone except her is busy in his life. As for everyone else, neither she has any right to live her life nor to think about her.....
