How To Handle Frustration?
Very common yet unavoidable issue! Most of the people are diving deep into the situation, which takes them towards the disastrous journey of frustration. I am no doctor or counselor. Neither I am going to advise you any therapy for the handling of frustration. Only a few things based on real-life situations, that makes you feel like opting to get out of the frustrating part of your life. First of all, you must have an idea of what is frustration? When you want to do something, but it doesn't happen due to any of the reasons. Or when anything doesn't work as per your way, you feel that you are helpless. You start underestimating yourself or your positive thoughts. All your achievements get lost in that particular episode of, not able to make it.
