Court Of Law Not Justice 5
Hey friends! Good to see you back on the complex journey of the Justice. That is easy to define, however very difficult to achieve. Same happening with her, who has lost herself in the quest for justice. She spent sleepless nights with uneasy days. Every moment of life kept heading towards a single way, how to get her son back to school. She even thought about compromising her respect for money, but then her inner self-didn't work in the same direction.
She has received the services from various counsel, however, none of them is able to get success for her. Maybe their work only included keeping working. Since there is no success, that exists. For her, running around is the only mission each day. No matter what is the day or date, she has to get ready and move on. Irrespective of her mood, health and pocket.
Can anyone tell her, what is going to happen with her and when? She has no idea about what is going to happen and when. Every day brought tougher challenges for her to face, being her son sitting at home and not able to rejoin the school. She went through innumerable trauma and suffering, while she goes to court leaving her child to the supervision of her maid. She kept on insisting each lawyer and judge, that she wants her son to attend the school. However, things never happen as wanted to be. Everything went as per the procedure, which she couldn't understand ever.
She filed 3 cases and a cross-appeal in the sessions court. However, things have become more complicated as she couldn't get any solution. In the meantime, mediation occurred which was an additional issue for her. Since the culprit was enjoying his liberty and power, manipulating her lawyers and concerned authorities. She was running from pillar to post, making everyone understand her situation. But, the system is designed to work in a specific way. No matter, if a child of 7 years was deprived of his education. Just because his mother raised her voice against the injustice done to her.
Old clothes and turned shoes failed to bring her to knees. Her only crime was that she was asking for nothing, but no one understands the truth. She was collecting more documents and keep adding to her case files. 3-4 dates for various cases in a week, just to get the things moving. When the time arrived for her to get it finalized, her own counsel played with her and made her sign up a settlement agreement which was manipulated by opposite party.
She didn't even realize how it all happened to her until she was trying to get the first motion of separation finalized. Simultaneously, she was taking care that her concerned lawyers don't have to face any losses. So she requested the government officials to assign the same people, for the following cases too. When she contacted the mediator, she told her that she is completely out of the issues and can't do anything. Since the advocates must have planned something, outside the mediation process.
When she has to appear in front of the judge, her main counsel left her alone to face the proceeding herself. She kept telling the court about her ignorance of the settlement and that everything was deliberately done to harass her. But her tears were not visible to her lawyer, her husband and judge. She was almost frustrated with whatever was going on, but she couldn't lose the whole thing at this point. Not even sure what to do and whom to address.
She was only breathing, as still alive. Otherwise, no hope was left in her life, even for the education of the child. Her husband seemed so indifferent to the child, that even judge couldn't resist asking. 'Is he your child?' He shamelessly replied, yes. Burden kept increasing on her life, with each passing moment. Basic needs were getting impossible to manage practically. She was going weak physically but tried to keep herself alive to get the justice.....
