Is it true love?

I have seen, read and observed different types of love. But, finding true love is little difficult. You can say, it hardly exists. Is there any calculations of recognizing that or does it bear something different than others? Maybe yes!!
Parul is one of my friends, whom I know since our childhood. She is very easy to go and simple, but attractive lady. She had so many people in her life, who claimed to be her true love and some more who always wanted to be with her. Its not that she never got into love with anyone, but that craving for love always remain unsatisfied. Till the time, she reached the top stage of maturity.
There was a guy in her history, who used to visit her every now and then. They usually met whenever he comes to the city. Satwik is the person dedicated to his job without having second thoughts. He is different from other people, as per my friend's version. He works with the detective agency and is married now. Like Parul is, but her's is a failure. Previously, when they go out they were planning to get married.
Don't know how it didn't work, she told me that the common friend of theirs have created some sort of misunderstanding between them and the relationship didn't materialized. Satwik never forget her, neither did she. But she got occupied with her never ending tensions. He didn't try to disturb Parul's life ever but always seen her as the only love of his life.
Though she had a long list of people in her life, but his importance never fade away from her heart. While she was suffering in the hell, he again appeared in her life and offered his time, money and support to her rescue. She has committed a huge mistake by creating distance earlier, so this time she catch hold of the opportunity. As he is the only one who doesn't want to use her for the selfish interests.
Parul wants to go back in the past and make him the life partner, but that was not possible as he never want to disturb his family life. On the other hand, he is willing to support her with the best of his abilities. Even if he wants to live with her, he cannot forget his priorities. The situation has taken them to the state, where they are not ready to leave each other again and cannot be one, too.
Satwik, being away from her always feels that he is not able to help her in any way. He remains worried about her welfare, even when they couldn't talk much. He wants her to be independent again, for which he is ready to support financially and morally. People have taken advantage of both of them individually, but they never even thought of doing it with each other. Isn't it difficult to manage the same feelings, even intense enough for a time span of approximately 19 years?
But now, their feelings have attained the maturity of life. That cannot be challenged by the circumstances of life. It is like they are aware of everything and contended with the fact that they can never remain together. However, not away too. Satwik never restricted her for anything and so does she. Being a female, she sometimes gets into the deep turmoil of pain. But he only says, 'don't forget, I am there for you'. Turns everything positive to her.
For some of you, it is just a friendship. But for me, it is the strong bond between the two people that cannot be defined in words and expressions. Parul received immense support and courage from him, whenever she raised her head upto him. Not about financial aid, but the determination of survival is really strong in their relationship that they remain standing on the same path for so many years. Not waiting to get something, but to make the other person comfortable with the presence.
This story may never exist, if he doesn't have come after a long time recently. Just to meet her as she was in the state of depression and wanted to see him. He came for a day by morning flight and returned at night. They only met for an hour or so, but she was happy to understand that someone actually loved her. Satwik was happy to meet with her, knowing that she still bears the same feelings for him.....
