Journey of the Techie Part 3
Hey Guys, good to see you again in the journey of Aaryan. He is not a hero or a superman, just that the qualities he possesses are incomparable. In fact, he did everything as we all do, but the only difference is the determination and sincerity which lacks after some time in most of us, generally. I am not trying to demoralize you but to motivate you that failure is not the opposite of the success, rather a part of the success.
He has started a consulting company, which he ran for a few years however his own trustworthy staff member changed the employer and joined Aaryan 's competitors. Even then, his attitude toward life was not troubled. He keeps on working, after every failure and complication, with more enthusiasm and experience thinking that he has covered some more distance in the direction of his success.
Sometimes he feels that he is completely alone, still, he never backed off and keep on approaching his destination of success. It's not that he never felt low or upset about the failures, but every time he felt anything negative he overcome it by more strength and enthusiasm than the last step. His strategy is quite different from others. Aaryan always tries to raise others for their careers, which makes him feel satisfied and boost his energy.
He planned to start something different by investing his ideas in collaboration with an international firm, that was ready to invest the capital in his project on a partnership basis. As he required someone to assist him all the time and his junior was so keen on the project to get the exposure, he took him along with him. Karthik tried all his efforts to be with Aryan most of the time so that he can learn the techniques and take over the project. Aaryan presented his business idea in the meeting with the company director, where Karthik was also present. However, he realizes that it was only a trap laid by the company and his own junior to understand the blueprint of the idea.
As Karthik has already met with the company people earlier and settled in half amount of the Aaryan's quote. Which company would like to spend more, if they can get the best in less amount? By the end of the meeting, Aaryan realizes that the director was only interested in the idea, which he got and would not be able to continue with the partnership with him. Very silently he changed his way and let his junior continue with the same. It sounds very easy, however very difficult practically to let someone else implement your project in your presence.
What do you think, he must have felt when his future skipped out of his hand deliberately? He could have negotiated with the director of the firm, over the financial part. I would have never accepted it and not only me, but it's also about most of us. No one can allow his project, ideas, abilities and caliber to be used by somebody else in his knowledge. What do you think, that luck can be interchanged?
I don't believe that, as his luck was waiting for him at that point in time. He didn't realize that, what is there in the store of the future for him. However, on the contrary, passing of time shown him many more failures. Aaryan got habitual of it and never complain it to anybody. Be his friend or family members, he never even ask for the support from his siblings. In fact, he tried to remain away from most of them so that they do not feel him as a burden. So, what makes him keep moving? Be with me, to know that......
