Court of Law not Justice 2

What do you call the proceedings of the court, that keeps on going for the sake of it? No one is bothered about the urgency of the requirements, raised by the victim/applicant. Let alone the future of a kid, whose only crime was that he took birth from the womb of his mother.
Law is there to help everyone in need of it. But, how many people have received help from the court? From the sight of the people, it is just a building of the court. No one can understand, how many victims are buried in their own suffering just waiting for the right decisions by the court authorities. Getting the right advice from the expert lawyer and the filing of the case is not an easy task to perform. 

However, the main fight starts when you are standing in the courtroom. No sleep since last night, eating nothing properly in the morning. Wake up before the mobile alarm rang. Reaching the court even prior to the cleaning staff, before the assistant of the lawyer unlocks the chamber. But, does it count? Forget it.... 

Advocate doesn't pick up the call, like always and the heartbeat is almost sinking with every passing moment till the title of the case is called by the court staff, outside the courtroom. Advocate doesn't come but one of his junior player in the court to submit the documents. The court is not ready to listen to anything, except the plea of next date. Directions are given to both the parties to submit one or the other documents on the next date of hearing. 

Around a month is still there, which the advocate replies to be lucky enough to get the short date. Otherwise, it could go on a quarterly basis. But, whom to ask for how to survive in those 28 days? In between the physical and mental pressure, along with the financial crisis. Living with the person who can do anything anytime. 

At this stage, even police officers are unable to take any action, if complaints are made. Earlier also, they couldn't. The reason behind the whole thing is best known to the responsible person for the particular purpose. It normally appears in the news that the police has caught the person who has been beating his wife or trying to kill her. However, in this case, nothing happened ever. I fail to understand the reason behind it. 

Maybe the victim is unlucky hair or the other person who is responsible for everything is very lucky and manipulative. That can make the things appear as per his Desire and pressure. So, where does the rule of police and law lies? In the complaint, written on paper. All the documents submitted in the court without any limit of the litigation being ended. 

In fact, the trial doesn't lie on the opposite party, rather on the victim who has been facing everything negative since years and still made to wait for eternity. There are no signs of a surety that can help the victim to breathe a sigh of relief, thinking that she will get the justice and come out of the situation sooner. So that, she can start living again with her son as her husband has become a parasite in the roots of her life.
