Lonelyness is killing me

Lagta hai raaho me hi guzar jayegi tamaam umr meri....
Chund ik safon par reh jaye shayad bhuli si kahani meri...

Zubaan khamosh hi rehti hai aqsar, khayal magar bolte hain kyu...zindagi tanha hi rehti hai bekhabar, mehfilo me hum firte hai dar b dar...

Ik waqt tha raaste banate the, aaj chalne ko raahen naseeb nahi...falaq ko karte the mehsoos qareeb se, aaj apna kehne ko zameen mayassarnahi....

Manzilen bhi wohi hain, raahen bhi wohi- ba dastur chalne wala kaarvan badal gaya....apne bhi wohi hain, dhokhe bhi wohi- zindagi jeene ka magar nazariya badal gaya...

Khwabo ki hasrat me haqiqat luta baithe, manzilon ko chahte hue lamhe ganva baithe....aaj ye aalam hai apni khwaishon ka, zindagi jeene ki khatir zindagi luta baithe.....


Masruf hai har ik shakhs- 

Apni hi tanhai me aaj kal;

Shikva tha milta nahi waqt-

Apno se hi milne ka,

Afsos magar fursat milti nahi-

Khud se karen mulaqat aaj kal;

Ik waqt tha jo verano me bhi-

Nahi mayassar hua apni aawaazo ko sunna,

Laut aaya karti hain magar sadaayen-

Mehfilon ki bheed me aaj kal;


Aansu to aate hain ab bhi,

Magar bahane se koi hansata hai kahan...

Girte to rehte hain ab bhi,

Magar sambhalna koi sikhata hai kahan...

Mann chaha khate hain beshuq ab bhi,

Magar pooch kar koi banata hai kahan...

Tujhe yaad karte hain aqsar ab bhi,

Magar ae bachpan tu milne aata hai kahan...
